The Triskelions defined their official organization as a "protest fraternity" based on these objectives. The Fraternity exhorts its members to pursue spiritual development and to plan social and civic events for the good of their communities. The Fraternity holds that in order for its members to succeed academically and develop personally, they must be forged to embody values of leadership, commitment, persistence, trust, honesty, respect, and vision.
